"bullshit baffles brains" - one thing i learned after studying manipulation techniques was what i call the Whiskey Tango Foxtrot Protocol - if something seems confusing, it's probably malicious. we are all conditioned by peer pressure to not question a lot of things, and so this makes us vulnerable to lying ass dogs tricking us, we get confused, and angry, and don't understand what's happening. when you get that feeling, the reaction you should have is suspicion. if the messaging is confusing, that's because it's meant to weaken people's resistance to the liars.
