We have a proposal for cashu DLCs which I implemented for nutshell, so you could have an ecash DLC between calle and heidE without any intermediary and the Mint would be oblivious to the specifics of the wager.

Cool - Calle and HeidE could also do a 2 party token, 2-of-2 to sign... with no intermediary....
The party who can cash it in is the one who witnesses last.
That was my main compalint about current p2pk, you're relying on the mint to enforce
