Thanks, quick question would this work normally as any other relay just add it and it works? Or it requires any tweaks or special client?

As long as your traffic is routed over a TOR connection, it should just work. You could use the TOR browser on desktop. If you’re on iOS you can download and run the Orbot app. Not sure what to use on Android but there is probably some kind of app available to set up a tor connection.

Correct, your network traffic must be routed over TOR for them to work. So Orbot on phones or tor browser on desktop. Brave's Tor mode probably works too.
