Heard it multiple times from NVK on podcasts. I believe it was stated that customer data was deleted after 120 days.
It was one of his cypherpunk pitches, that he deletes all customer data after some short period. I'm sure it's around but he's also deleting tweets like crazy

Yes specifically and minimum required information held tax purposes.
Said they delete physical addresses after 120 days. Don't see anything referring to emails.
Although to be honest dont remember hearing about their leak as recently as last month
