Yeah eating more meat is a useful tool to help feel more full, but you can absolutely be in a caloric surplus eating those foods. Counting calories is not FiAt, despite what they say. Don’t listen to any idiot trying to peddle you that nonsense.

You’re 100% wrong. I’m living proof along with countless other millions. Your body stops you when you’re full eating those foods. Only way you’ll gain weight is if you’re a vegan or starving yourself by counting calories and under eating. Calorie counting is a total scam. Ball don’t lie as the saying goes.
