Nostr isn't built in Bitcoin or Lightning and doesn't need Bitcoin or Lightning. It doesn't have to utilize them at all!
Keep the tombstone for yourself.
I use nostr to send Bitcoin therefore nostr is L1.
Not saying I agree but by this same logic - Wavlake would also be L3... and SatsCrap... and
