You either serve God or the state

If only people could see that the conditioning that they believe to be their self and their own thoughts is actually mental, emotional, social, and emotional programming. Then they could break the spell and never be subject to these mind control tactics again.

I live in the Bay Area and this is what I see and hear.

Me, I just don't trust the guys in charge. I USUALLY agree with you, but... try not to let this "religion" and political theater cause you to take sides-- these are all purely actors distracting us from what is really going on. That's the point. It's all falling apart and they're just making it happen FASTER. I'm not opposed to the work of trimming the 🥓-- it's surely necessary-- but I have a hard time believing that any billionaire is doing anything on OUR behalf. There are no honest billionaires, and lots of hard-working innocent people are gonna become collateral damage. There is no US and Them, only us and those who are pulling the strings, but they make up new enemies for us from time to time because it's the easiest way to unite us (by dividing us) and, of course, to print more money. Nothing unites us faster than a catastrophe and a common enemy. If you can't see this yet, it's bc you're too content up there in your Maslow's hierarchy. Come down from that high horse a sec and ask around town: "How are things going for the AVERAGE human right now?"
