I'd like it to also remove the witness discount introduced with segwit, but will run it nevertheless since it's about time to reassert node sovereignty

Oh it looks like you're using Primal. Primal sucks. The follow pack shows up for me using Amethyst, Jumble, and Noornote. There's other clients that will show it too. You can also click on the follow pack in those clients and it shows up as a feed of bip-110 supporters. It's very nice.
