Is there a reason why no final maturities are booked more than 24 months out?

yep — any security past 24 months hasn’t even been auctioned yet (longest reopening cycle tops out at ~24 mos for bills/notes and 8 new issues for bonds), so there is literally nothing on the books to mature.
