LFG!!!
Oh noes! Why is that?
I believe it's to do with privacy being inherently racist, fascist and problematic.
And that's great
Oh nooo
Awesome. What did you have for breakfast?
Isn't the question supposed to be how I'd feel if I hadn't had breakfast?
I'm asking the questions here.
You know, if you have nothing to hide you've got nothing to fear.
You know I'm being facetious with the original post, right?
That is why privacy is good.
What happened now?
Just the EU doing EU things to program the npcs that anything that propagates privacy is bad and only for criminals.

Everytime we see a Google Pixel we think
"If you don't let us spy on you, how we can be sure you're not doing something you shouldn't be?"
we can only hope

Why you think so? I think rather secret services are a danger to democracy.
It was meant to be tongue-in-cheek.
A lot of "whoosh" happening here π

Don't get it.
All news in English is controlled and they say the same phrases - "dangerous to our democracy" is one of their control/programming phrases
Whenever you hear that expression, you can be certain that it is propaganda. In this case, they are trying to build the narrative that a privacy focused services are bad.

Thanks. Now I get it. But did not yet see some. I know some smaller groups of european politics would want to enact chatcontrol.
"All news in english is controled" is just as a false narrative as framing Signal or GrapheneOS and #privacyΒ in general as threat to democracy.
Privacy is important. But to share lies is really a threat to democracy. Democracy needs well informed people. When a considerable amount of the information they read is unfactual, their decisions can not get fact based out of the void.
I support what they say in the video you shared.
Jesus... Can't help you, man
