Does Trezor at least have GPG key? Anything?
They could attach the key to the physical device when sending, and also on their web to verify, and in every email to even more verify, an airplane dragging a fingerprint will also work
This has been going on for many years on Google. That's why a working adblocker is essential when using this site, though there is no reason to use Google at all anymore. Search results are all censored or boosted.
Old Google was great and you could find all kinds of gems on the internet. Modern Google is a highscore list for corporate mind control.
If anyone wants a pre 2011 Google experience, go to yandex.com

Instead of a passphrase that phishing websites could trick you, use a Yubikey generated key. Problem solved I think.
A Trezor user says they lost their life savings after clicking what they claim was a sponsored Google search result impersonating Trezor.
The phishing page, hosted on Google Sites, allegedly tricked victims into entering their wallet recovery seed.
Trezor says it is escalating the report, working to have the site removed, and has reminded users to never enter a wallet backup or seed phrase into any website or online form.
Google-sponsored phishing ads remain a persistent attack vector for crypto users.

The problem is most people don't know how to use GPG (my knowledge is very listed as well)
But yes even for people who know how to use it the biggest problem ist fershing the right key in the first place
Ok the sponsored aspect is bad, but there are still people entering their seed phrase?! Harsh but they deserve it imo.
What's so hard to understand about that? It has been said a million times over and over again. Would you ever give the combination of your safe to someone? It's the same thing for gods sake
Everyone should know that when you find a suspicious website, you have to put the site through a reliable malware scan.
