Theres a tell in that infographic. Who owns Crimea on a map is a very important propaganda tool, and it shows as Russian territory. So that means that whoever conducted this poll and put that map together packaged it up to be distributed in Russia or a Russia aligned country. If it were for a western audience that region would, at worst, be striped out to signify that it is under dispute.
I'm wary of polls. Ive never met an eastern European that believes that life was better under communism. I'm sure they're out there, but I doubt it's 65% and numbers like that.
