I have a fancy down comforter. It has a duvet cover. Fancy. After two years of having this specific cover and comforter, I just realized that there are little ties that allow you to tie the comforter to the inside of the duvet cover so that it can't slide around. This may have made my year. Sometimes it's the simple things.

to a customer's house because they have a leak in their standing seam roof that was installed about 15 years ago. Somebody accidentally punched a hole. Probably been leaking like this for 15 years Rotted the sheeting, what you see is the underside of the metal roof from the attic space. To make matters worse, this basically pulled up and dripped down various joists and the rafter beams. Fun times
