Does coffee not? If so what else triggers them - does chocolate?
Coffee smell doesn't have the same effect for me, yerba is an extremely effective dieretic.
I do like both tho!
I like the taste of Yerba Mate, so its not that. No idea why it triggers them. Coffee does not. A guaranteed recipe for a migrane is to drink Sprite while I'm dehydrated

It has a bunch of chemicals in it that coffee doesn't so I'd look into it.

This intrigued me so I checked out the ingredients. My only issue is with citric acid but itβs not too big of deal. Ingredients look solid ππΌ
