My health update. Full transparency #NEEDhealth 🟢🟢🟢🔴 2025 was red. I put back on all the weight I lost and more. I am at my all-time-high today. It sucks, but I have nothing to blame but myself! I have set some new goals, and I am committed to get back at it now. Bought some home-gym equipment. Taking up boxing again. Bought an air-fryer to cook more at home. Gonna create some routines and stick to them. Focusing on being more disciplined and saying NO to a lot more to things involving food/bad habbits... I'm not going to go crazy and burning out from workouts either, gonna just get in small workouts as consistent as I can, including lots of walking (pogo helps, and good music). Also going to get more serious about intermittent fasting again. That was going really well for me last year. Thanks for the encouragement and tips. I appreciate you guys and I will post more updates through 2026!
