Can we define what that culture is ? Practically, the culture is the people who choose to run the software, but ideologically it’s the people who share the same values and ideals. These people are what define Bitcoin. These people run Bitcoin because they have certain values and beliefs about the world they want to live in. It’s funny how you can be a Bitcoiner without running the software or owning Bitcoin. To me the ideology of Bitcoin existed well before Bitcoin. Every choice we make is defining in some way.
