not true… single zaps!¿
That first zap received is an eye opening experience. The problem is we have a tendency to zap new people/creators hard because we’re excited they’re here, but then that sets false expectations because after that people zap single digit zaps. Then they leave. lol
I never received a single sat from corndalorian on any on my note. Im here since 2 years. Yet he constantly blames others for preferring sat frequency over sat quantity. Make it make sense 🤷‍♂️

People post good content all over the web for free. Zaps are cool but reposting is king.

Do people really think its advisable to incentivise people to join a ssocial network (or creating content there) for the monetary incentive only? OFC I zap valuable content for me, but what I think is a low amount of money is a big amount of money for others, so the whole discussion is just to stirr people up - low-sat-zap-haters belong to insta and whatnot...

Absolutely! The first zap is eye opening, I just don't See why people should be motivated by monetary incentive to join or leave from a social network. Isn't this the exact reason why people leave other social networks (that everyone and everything is trying to sell you something)?
No, that’s not why people leave other social networks. And if you don’t understand that digital media/content creation is a business in 2025 then you’re a moron.
Do you think it’s advisable to incentivize entrepreneurs to setup shop in your local town? Same conversation, but we’re just in a digital environment here.
Some of us get deplatformed because we followed the wrong political group at one time in our lives and then lost contact with people that we hadn’t seen in decades because one or the other moved across the world and then decided “why try to even build back on someone else’s fiat mine… *rant over*
