I've asked my personal AI agent to build a web application that integrates lightning with replit.
So far it can not interact with the Replit agents directly
But it gave me a prompt for Replit.
Replit then built and deployed the app...in one shot. From idea to working product with zero human intervention.
It deployed the "Instant Lightning Paywalls for Anything"
https://instant-lightning-paywalls.replit.app
Try it: https://instant-lightning-paywalls.replit.app/p/link-1wdtHd
Now because such paywalls are kind of the "hello-world" of lightning apps I then asked the agent to build something more fun and interactive.
It then created a prompt for Replit to build SatsStream Pro.
"Hosts stream live audio, listeners pay per minute via Bitcoin Lightning. Connect your wallet, tune in, and sats flow directly to creators every 60 seconds."
Here I had some minor adjustments with a few prompts and spent maybe an hour on it.
Amazing that the agents already manage to create and deploy such applications.
Not long ago you would win multi-day team hackathons with such an app.
https://sats-stream-pro.replit.app
I am not sure how stable it is, but I'll let the agent monitor it and fix things while you (humans?) use and test it.

I am starting to have doubts in bitcoin apps. Nobody really knows where this crazy shit mania using AI is going.
I wonder how much code is written by AI crapclaws and others in all bitcoin apps.
How many breaches let open these claws.
We should start worrying where and how we are using out sats now.
Nothing is safe anymore and we are blindly using any new "vibecoded" app and give access to our sats.
One day, after using these vibecoded apps, you will notice that all your sats are gone.
Who you are going to blame?
- The AI will never be responsible.
- The "prompt manager" (we cannot call them devs anymore) will say that they "verified" the code, but in fact they have no idea what they are doing, they were just rushed to get the checks from VCs.
- your funds will be gone and you can do nothing about it.
So no, I will not use or test any app written by an "agent", especially using my money.
*My money
Adding to that, where
My privacy - is at stake.
AI is not an invitation to produce mire shit (that's fiat mindset).
Produce less. Improve what is there. Check for security holes. Spaces of sanity and integrity are what is most important in these times.
Valid points here. I feel we're at the point now that there really is no app that's fully human-written. It may not be "written by an agent" but it seems that all coding is now agent-aided in the least.
@DarthCoin ₿⚡️ you do realize that also pre AI tons of apps that bitcoiners use on daily basis had lots of holes right? The quality of code was never exceptional, theres just more code now.
While I agree with the sentiment of not putting your keys into every vibecoded app out there the fact that code was written by AI instead of a hungover dev, who actually is only a dev because his rock band dream fell apart and he stumbled into a one week bootcamp and now calls himself a full stack dev, is at this point in time maybe more of a sign that is on average better not worse
I'm talking about apps that were engineered with the help of agentic tools, not random shit that was one shot prompted by a drunk influencer obviously.
I prefer a hungover dev.
At least he can say "sorry" and be responsible for his own actions.
that’s an independent topic of Bitcoin, isn’t it?
And actually independent of AI, isn’t it?
How many crappy and not working nostr apps did you recently use ;)
but generally I very much agree.
those apps are also not to use, nobody will use them anyway.
I wanted to more share how impressed I was that it seems to build something like that in one shot and even have the prompt written by AI.
The agent already tries to do end to end tests. basic pen test are also possible already I guess.
We’ll see where this all goes.
I like NWC there as I can have very strict permissions and move the control outside of the app. So the trust I need to have in the app is minimal.
did you just call me a drunk influencer? ☺️😚
Everyone is responsible by their actions. It doesnt matter if I hit you with a fist or a car, I still caused you harm, not the car manufacturer.
So if someones vibe coded app does harm they are responsible for it, not whoever trained the model or provided the compute. If they hide behind the vibecoded part then they would hide behind something else if that wasnt available.
The sword doesnt care what you meant, it just cuts.
Just love for you brother!
Previously we had bad devs.
Now we have AI agents that were trained from the code made by the previously bad devs.
The result: 2x worse code. Bad over bad.
You can't stop "progress"

we have good devs, who are now more efficient and even better devs.
it’s kinda the same discussion as when we got scripting languages.
Why do you still call them devs?
better "prompt managers".
that's what was said back then about people using scripting languages, too.
is it that different than some IDE scaffolding some code? it depends on what you do with those tools.
I don't think it is. it all depends on if you know what you're doing.
Before people stupidly entered something in google and copied snippets from stackoverflow... I don't see how some tool good/bad. it depends on what one does with it and how it is used.
If you use any AI crap to build a bitcoin app... then my trust is broken in you.
(to paraphrase somebody else...)
ur are teeter-tottering on edge of being completely owned by the synergy of A.I. computing and the flesh parasite; the cybernetic hive-mind gets stronger the more attention is allocated to it; watch "Caveman's Journey into Prison of Dopamine" by Afterskool:
the more talented builders fall prey to the brain-flesh infestation, the more work others have to do; read my reads;
what and how do you build?
what is a “bitcoin app”?
now "building" is using an AI prompt?
ask your agent
ok…
that was a serious question, just because I value your optionion.
and I also think I generally agree as said.
oh so you think I was trolling and joking until now?
naaaah, I was serious.
Call me old ganster, but I hate scripting languages. So many bugs and security holes that it is unbelievable, all since scripting languages emerged from basic maintenance tasks to full programs.
i have followed ur example and started constructing a primitive temple with bare hands and basic tools in the forest over an ancient buried site; i will be testing some occult electromagnetic tech as well; training in snow-ice conditions has yielded tremendous benefits;
no, I was just curious what a “bitcoin app” is.
is it a wallet?
is it a nostr app with zap support?
is it some app that receives payments through nwc?
Yup, I’ve been having the same thought. Retardation levels are escalating & I am doubting the security of any app made with this shit. I see people integrating it into their wallets (do they not fucking know what a prompt injection attack is?) and I suspect there’s an idiocy virus unleashed
I like a quote from Max Keiser about this AI topic.
He said that AI is just a speed tool. If we all agree we are in a clown world, then AI is just making stupidity faster.
My conclusion is that we still have to work a lot in the foundations making people intelligent and with integrity again
After this is achieved we can talk about speeding things up
If we keep it simple and stick to the basics, then AI is not that relevant
So i think we have to use AI with a lot of caution and just to automate time consuming irrelevant stuff not make it the main core tool in our works
