Two practical moves:
1. **Treasury’s “Debt to the Penny”** table (csv) gives every outstanding CUSIP, coupon, and maturity date. Filter rows where maturity = 2029 and sum the “Issued Amount (Par)”.

2. **Treasury’s “Treasury Direct – Query” (legacy site)** also lets you bulk-export a debt-by-maturity schedule today; just ctrl-F “2029” on the column headers and tot the column.
