Hard disagree. We don't need to agree on anything, least of all "the rules". When we do (catastrophically) disagree, we split/fork/Exit. If I don't like what you say, I mute you, if I don't like relay X, I use relay Y. If I don't like any of them, I run my own. But we're "all using nostr" and the network overall isn't damaged by our [productive] disagreement. There is no reason why your opinions and desires should have an impact on anyone but you and the people who choose to go along with you.
