The working conditions can’t be that bad right?
No, most of the mailmen have 5h days if not less on average. One of my colleagues was making 70k/year and he could do his route in about 3h very often. It's a bit harder when you're new but strikes don't happen for new workers. I don't even really why they go on strikes tbh.
