There’s an animosity between Americans if you vote one way or the other. You’re saying that’s the case in Switzerland?
That’s not the case at all. We don’t always get what we want but we do get to vote for a lot of decisions and laws our government makes. We are well represented by the people we vote for in the national and cantonal level. In general they still have our best interest.
