No but i made some pinch point connectivity maps using a software called circuitscape. Probably too much work for you but its pretty cool. Below is an example i made looking at forest block connectivity and pinch points aka bottlenecks... image

Not really. Ive modelled habitat connectivity for different types of forest birds. For deer you would need to use a bunch of assumptions about how they move through a landscape. Its mostly theoretical but it may have some merit. There really is no surragate for good old field observations!
