Not really. Ive modelled habitat connectivity for different types of forest birds. For deer you would need to use a bunch of assumptions about how they move through a landscape. Its mostly theoretical but it may have some merit. There really is no surragate for good old field observations!

No this is super useful. I bet it would overlay exactly on migratory charts. Finding those choke points on the chart would be a game changer.
