Run a Monero node. You don't need permissions, expensive hardware, or a server farm. An old laptop can verify the chain and help strengthen the network. It doesn't need to run 24/7. Any uptime is helpful, though more is better. If you're unsure how to do this, there are guides, community forums, YouTube videos, and even AI-powered chat tools that can walk you through the setup. Decentralization only works when people participate. Support XMR. #monero #privacy #monostr image

All those icons on the bottom are quite awful for privacy, a large part are government-sponsored since their inception and others have suspicious funding since years.
What would be better options? IVPN instead Mullvad? No phone instead of GrpheneOS? QuebeOS instead of whonix-tails? I2P, Yggdrassil, freenet instead of Tor? Im asking sincerily for knowledge (or at least practical knowledge )
Basta ver a página principal dessa gente. Esses desgraçados mentem a dizer que o Tor protege o endereço IP dos utilizadores. Se fossem gente séria então usavam o I2P mas por algum motivo apenas querem usar a mesma rede que é patrocinada e mantida por governos.
Just use LineageOS for Android, works great and zero doubts about funding. VPN doesn't really matter much for most cases since what you are opening is likely monitoring you anyays, just go with protonVPN which isn't really private but they pretend well enough. Have something serious to communicate? Then I2P is the way to go. Want real privacy? Forget IP addresses and just send satellite messages.
Bitcoin enjoyers wouldn't tell the difference but Monero users tend to be well informed about gov-sponsored endeavours.
But, but, but, #Monero doesn't have a fixed block size, so a normal person can't run a node. They have to all be hosted in data centers, or at least that's what a certain coin maxi told me.
