What would be better options?
IVPN instead Mullvad? No phone instead of GrpheneOS? QuebeOS instead of whonix-tails? I2P, Yggdrassil, freenet instead of Tor?
Im asking sincerily for knowledge (or at least practical knowledge )

VPN maybe Nym.com? The others would have been my picks too.
Just use LineageOS for Android, works great and zero doubts about funding. VPN doesn't really matter much for most cases since what you are opening is likely monitoring you anyays, just go with protonVPN which isn't really private but they pretend well enough. Have something serious to communicate? Then I2P is the way to go.
Want real privacy? Forget IP addresses and just send satellite messages.
