That short path between people abandoning the church and euthasia, abortion and genital mutilation is another one I've noticed.
Yes, we also broadcast the Mass live, on radio and TV, every Sunday, but it's just not the same. It was great during long hospital stays, but I was back in the church building, as soon as I could be.
Yes, but you're missing the point that Another Person Next To You Watching TV is not the same as full fellowship with the wider congregation.
Yes, watching some kind of religious video is no substitute for seeing and receiving Jesus Christ in the flesh sacramentally through the Eucharist, or for receiving absolution from God through a priest in Confession.
Do they have TV in the church? That would be a good incentive to get out the house.
