Sometimes you want a PRIVATE room where only WHITELISTED npubs can join.

If LOBBY is ON, you can always request access so the owner can let you in!
Best thing about ROOM LOCK is that you can ENABLE THE LOBBY to allow for guests on the outside to request access to join.
