For some days now, I am unable to ZAP! Nostr experience hasnt been the same since then... I am not managing this synchro between AlbyHub and Amethyst!

#asknostr I am a vegetarian for many years, who just started to eat meat again. (shout out to all the carnivores on nostr ;-). And now I got diagnosed an iron deficiency. Without asking for medical advice, but rather human advice: What would you do in my place, given your understanding of health. Supplement? If so, in what form? Eat (more) meat? If so, special kinds of meat? At this point I am not (yet) ready to change to a carnivore diet :-)

I have an issue with using primal. On android. I find it to be veery slow and quite often so. I.e. it rarely loads my favourite feed: "popular by npubs you follow". When I change to "latest" or "latest with replies", it usually does load. Anything I can do? Number of relays or what? #asknostr

Heres a shoutout/question to all those freedom techies (is that how you spell it?) out there: For over a decade now I am using Linux on my computer and for about 7 years I am using a "custom OS" on my phone...And...Sometimes I really question myselfy whether there is something masochistic about it....because...I sometimes miss the sleek design and functionality of AppleOS and man, on my phone, I cant take proper 2024-style photos because big corp. seems to put special emphasis on making the camera drivers closed source. I am truly curious: WHAT DO YOU GUYS DO ABOUT IT? I'd love to hear from 100+ people :-) So, here I try a nostr-thing: I'll zap the first 21 replies :-))) #asknostr
