There is an old saying here in Germany. Start the morning with some sandbags lunges, sled-pushes, echo bike calories, wall balls and the day is your friend.

This was a tough one. 30 minutes with an average pace of 4:34 min/km. The cool down at the end was more than welcome π

My coach says that my low aerobic load is to high so he reduced my base training to 40 minutes. π€·π½ββοΈ Tomorrow will be a 50 minutes threshold session with 30:00@4:40/km.
