19/176 My coach says that my low aerobic load is to high so he reduced my base training to 40 minutes. πŸ€·πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ Tomorrow will be a 50 minutes threshold session with 30:00@4:40/km. image

17/176 I felt a little weak before the training, but know I’m bursting with energy. Seems I had the urgent need for some anaerobic load. πŸ’ͺ image
