Nostr still steady on activity, BlueSky slowing, Bird App shifting? Does anyone see it differently?
Learning a lot about the interaction patterns and engagement on BlueSky and Nostr this week. Taking notes.
Engagement still seems low on bsky, vibes are good though. Nostr has better engagement but a bit of a monoculture. Bird app unchanged and mostly bad.
Nostr needs better dialogue and debate. “This thing I don’t like is dumb” is not a compelling level of discourse.
What’s the best thing that happened to you last week? What’s the main thing you want to accomplish next week?

I’m spending 70% of my “social” time on the Bird app, 20% on bsky and 10% on Nostr. I will watch to see how this changes over the next month, they all have a different appeal. I really like the Nostr vibe but it’s very meta stlll.
