Enjoying this book so far. Back to basics with learning to code. Been dabling with AI and Agents to do it for me but much better to understand what they are building so that I can tweak it and use it more effectively how I want. Goes with the Bitcoin mantra of #don’ttrustverify. #coding #python

As a healthcare worker, is there any ways I could get involved in helping to build the Nostr based healthcare data systems such as @nosfabrica and any other projects I’m not aware of? I’m little to no coding experience beyond a little bit of HTML and Python from Free Code Camp and an intro computer science course I’m taking. I have a friend who’s an artist in multiple dimensions- music and physical art forms. I’ve been that annoying bitcoiner friend to him who won’t shut up about it and basically he’s “happy for me that it’s going up,” but basically any time I talk about it his eyes glaze over and he doesn’t have that much to say in return. The first time I trickle fed some orange pilling to him was me sending some lightning sats for the beers that he bought to the at the time working Wallet of Satoshi. At this point anytime I’ve talked to him about anything money he’s basically saying yeah I’d love to learn about this money stuff and investing more man but I’m living in a shit situation and have credit card debt and working in a job I don’t want to be in. Fast forward to now: I’m like many talk about sort of giving up on orange pilling overall as people will get it when they get it but I do have an interesting idea of “commissioning” him for a painting or mural of some sort and paying him sats on an opendime for it. I am in theory going to ask him for a piece inspired by how he perceives bitcoin in his understanding now, or perhaps how he perceives money in his understanding of it now. Obviously can only “ lead the horse to the water but can’t make it drink” but if he’s willing I think it would be interesting for him to even start looking into V4V. Went to a cool little meetup today with some bitcoiners talking about #nostr and #bitcoin. Discussed similarities between Nostr and Bitcoin protocol wise, and integration of #lightning into it. Even briefly talked about @Start9 computers and how they are all integral pieces of the puzzle of building the parallel P2P economy. Excited to get my #bitaxe gamma running. Side by side with a Supra 401 and an Ultra 205. Months before running bitaxes to learn about mining I had my preconceived notions about what mining is or isn’t but my view on #bitcoin has expanded so much just by playing around with these cool home miners and learning about #hashing. I still have a lot to learn but pretty cool conceptually to actually be hashing.
