I marinated the salmon in rock salt, coconut sugar, lime, and lemon juice. Thinly sliced it and served it over cream cheese, soy, cucumber, and avocado mousse. Finished with red oil, jalapeรฑo, spring onion, and cilantro to add some fire to the plate. ๐๐ด

My culinary journey began in 2012. I'm a Kendall College graduate from USA. Since then, my career has taken me from Michelin-starred restaurants in France to kitchens in the ๐บ๐ธ USA, ๐น๐ท Turkey, ๐ฒ๐ฝ Mexico, and for the past 3 years, ๐จ๐ฆ Canada.
Currently, I work as a Sous Chef at an Italian restaurant on Prince Edward Island in Canada.
For me, cooking is more than just flavor; itโs passion, a story, and the fusion of cultures. Every dish carries a taste and a tale from different worlds.
