I understand the concept of my on-chain #zap wallet derived from my npub. However, how do I withdraw them? Where is the private key? I'm assuming it's my nsec. But, how do I turn that into a btc private key?

Just swapped some #bitcoin for #monero using Cake Wallet. I am of the opinion that monero is NOT a shitcoin. Sue me.
I was driving through the #fiat mine yesterday and started brainstorming another idea to free #plebs from some of the systems that chain us.
We all know the Healthcare system is completely fucked. Insurance premiums are robbery and for nothing. @CrowdHealth has allowed many people reclaim some freedom. Bit, what if we could take it a step further?
A crowd funded group health plan like crowd help built on #nostr and #bitcoin. A new member joins the club with an npub. That npub generates a policy number and uses a group of BIP39 word lists to generate a first name, middle initial, and last name that hospitals can use to "identify" a person.
The premiums are paid in bitcoin and can use any number of systems to secure them. When a pleb goes to the hospital, they present their insurance card with their cool new name and the hospital can fule the claim through the portal. Hospitals are given an npub with their sign in. They make the claim and the crowd trustees pay the claim with bitcoin through some sort of fiat on-ramp like Strike or something.
Plebs receive pseudonymous care and dont6have to give any paper slave tickets to big insurance companies. They fund other plebs.
It's definitely a rough idea, rough ideas #buildnostr.
What do y'all think? Could this work?

The owner of my company is on a beautiful trip to Europe. Me? I'm waking up at 0215 to go to his fiat mine, get in his company's van (that until yesterday had no A/C... in Arizona), and drive an hour and a half (without pay) to a Federal jobsite that his company is subcontracted on for $100,000,000 (1,503.34 BTC). Is that illegal? Yes. Does he care? 🤣
What does one do when fiat fucksticks do fiat fuckery? As a voluntaryist, it behooves me to not use the State. Yet, when I ask the company to compensate me for time worked, I'm told "you don't have to do this job."
That is why I use #nostr. I get to see people break free from the #fiat fuckery and live a happy life on a #bitcoinstandard. Keep being fucking fabulous you sexy bitches!
