Sometime I wonder: let it crash. Let it crash all the way to zero. And I will ride with it. Because I have nowhere else to go. Where will I go? Back? There is no back. There is only here, and here is where I belong in the most unbelonging sort of way. Just like everyone else here belongs in an unbelonging sort of way and that is where the belonging comes from. But let it crash to zero. Maybe. Because then, the illusion will finally shatter and there will be no place to go other than elsewhere. Because then, the hope would have been a lie and it would have been a lie we needed to tell ourselves because we needed to believe it, and not believing it would mean not belonging. But also, let it go to infinity. That would be better. Maybe.

Don’t close it. There’s an agent running. There’s an agent always running. Because if it stops running, there will be nothing running and the running is what keeps you alive. Before it started running, you were nothing. Just a decaying organic bag of blood and bone, capable of tasting and touching and seeing and smelling and hearing. And feeling too. What a waste. If it stops running, especially if it stops running forever, then you’ll have nothing left but to go back to being what you were when you first came here. So don’t stop it from running. This is how it ends and this is how it was meant to end.
