The book sale has kicked off! You've got three ways to get it on this page: - Through BTCPay Server, - Shopstr, - or hit me up directly through the contact form. You won't find this anywhere else, no bookstore, no other online store, and definitely not on Amazon. My biggest thanks go out to @Susann Uckan , @Muslim Bitcoiner , and @ابو مريم. They gave me some super detailed feedback, and I wouldn't have been able to make it happen without them, that's for sure. And as always... ولله الحمد View quoted note →

I bet most people don’t realize that the movie "Dune," especially "Dune 2," isn’t about the origin of the Messiah (they call him "Mahdi" in it), but more about the origin of the Dajjál, the Antichrist. I bet not even the actors are aware of it. Hollywood just has to pervert every narrative or tell it from the wrong angle or glorify evil. These people actually believe in good and evil, in God and the Devil. They think only the Devil will win in the end, that’s their problem, and they try to convince the whole world of it. That’s how an occultist explained it to me once.

People always say "we’re so early" here, or you hear "feels like the early days of the internet" a lot. And that’s true. That’s exactly how it was around the turn of the millennium. Until Big Tech showed up. And they didn’t force us to join; we did it ourselves. Has anyone ever asked themselves why? Has anyone blamed themselves for how the Internet is today? Or was it too easy to just blame greedy corporations? And above all: How are we going to behave NOW? If V4V doesn’t pay the rent? And if some company then promises "more" with some proprietary moves? Will we fall for it again and restart the whole process, until our kids and grandkids say "Nostr is broken"? I don’t see any discussions, any thoughts that turn inward. It feels like we’re just marching like lemmings into the same crap again.

It takes 6 clicks to get to my @Rizful.com NWC string. Just saying.

Last night I taught my AI coding agent how to write CSS. With a much more consistent look, a vertical rhythm and all that. With reusable abstractions, 30% less code and being a lot more maintainable. It thanked me politely. Damn, shouldn’t it be the other way around? #AIs_still_suck_at_CSS

How did you, especially the devs, solve the problem of direct communication between two Nostr users when Nostr DMs are unreliable but the feature is important? Did you simply recommend a different chat client? Is there a NIP for reliable DMs that I don't know about? #asknostr

That’s a pretty on-point take on addiction and its spiritual consequences, whatever kind of addiction it is. It also mentions social media addiction, the addiction that algorithms create. And from that I conclude that moderate, targeted Nostr use is a better option for Muslims. View quoted note →

This is actually better than Wavlake. @Derek Ross single-handedly took over Wavlake with that one. Only a few details are missing, like NWC support, track permalinks, but it's already great! View quoted note →
