GM Nostr friends! It's a beautiful, albeit humid/hot day out today. I'm so thankful for air conditioning and fans. And ice cubes. Probably more cold-related things, but I'm blanking now. Go out and make it a great day.

GA Nostr friends. After a four day weekend away, I'm back home. Took my next Zepbound shot yesterday, and today I've noticed I'm really struggling mentally with my anxiety. I can handle the nausea and food aversion, but the increase in anxiety is a hard side effect to handle. I'm really hoping as I adjust to this next level of medication that it eases.

Went for a walk with Hubs and Lu this afternoon along the ATV trail by our rental cabin. Beautiful scenery and good company. So grateful for my little family.

GM Nostr friends. I've been having a hard time with Primal having 'unable to connect' errors on my phone lately, so I'm back to Damus. Found out this morning that Hubby has never seen Space balls. 😳😬😮‍💨 He doesn't enjoy movies with dumb humor, so I'm afraid he wouldn't like it. Did I choose the wrong person to marry? 😅 I might just need to rewatch it for myself this weekend. Especially since a sequel is finally official, after all this time. Got mostly packed last night, and able to just chill this morning. Very nice way to start the day. Have a wonderful Thursday, all!

Hubby is taking me to an airbnb up north tomorrow for my birthday weekend. Lu will be joining us, and I'm so excited for her to be off-leash and able to run around. Have a fantabuloso day, all.

GM Nostr friends, and happy Juneteenth to my US-based Nostriches. I work for a university, so I have today off. Planning to get some cleaning done around the house, including sweeping away all the spiderwebs that conveniently appear all around our front door. It needs to be done, but I absolutely dread it. Very afraid of spiders. I know, they're good for the environment and control the pests, but the way they move just absolutely creeps me out. Taking some time first thing this morning to just enjoy my breakfast and coffee before I get moving. It's only just after 8am here, and the world is just waking up. It's peaceful.
