Often when I see these types of situations I think to myself “man we are so blessed” with the unspoken part [that we don’t have to deal with that..] Today God hit me upside the head and humbled me a little because the fact is this father and son are blessed too! And just by the simple fact of how the dad is helping his son overcome adversity; I know 1. Our God in Heaven is doing the same for us [me] 2. This dad must have the same reaction as I did “man I’m so blessed” but with the proper heart posture in order to be able to help his son. As mature as I think I am, I can still grow 🥲 (Sharing video several ways as it seems like my original Note didn’t populate correctly) View article → https://yakihonne.com/videos/naddr1qqgxydtzxajxzwpevd3kyc3sx3skvq3qur5ju4pd0xegu7wxal543ywn3aykxmjg2c9gucvtj5aaa43sm74qxpqqqzzmcvvauqd
Learned a valuable lesson re: Lightning Nodes. Apparently if you travel for any duration across a couple days, resulting in your hub being offline...your channel gets forced closed. There was 19k sats down the drain. Would have been better off sticking to my original plan of just using boltz to move my sats on-chain when I hit a certain threshold. Otherwise might as well just keep my sats in a custodial Lightning wallet; which defeats the purpose of self-custody. Oh well...live and learn!
