I’d blame the influencers, but they were already trash when X was purchased. The real fault lies with X for incentivizing their worst behavior. They should have built a value-for-value system instead. We all warned them at the time. It’s just wild how spectacularly it failed. The silver lining is at least sats aren’t tied to such a tasteless platform.

True wealth in 2026 is logging off social media whenever you want and logging back on only when it suits you.
