If you suffer from low back pain, you know it’s no joke! I’ve been dealing with back issues since I was a teenager, thanks to a cheerleading injury and a fall while ice skating. Low back pain can flare up unexpectedly and be quite debilitating. Stretching can often provide relief—stretches like the **pigeon pose** (which opens the hips and releases tension in the lower back) or seated stretches that target the hips and back are helpful. Alternating between heat and ice is another method to reduce pain and inflammation. But now, looking back, I’d say: Unless you're pursuing a specialized field like medicine or law, don’t waste your time and money on a degree. Instead, focus on getting experience in the industry you're passionate about, research it, study it on your own, and create your own path. People like to make cooking complicated. I just look to see what I have in my refrigerator and create something nutritious and delicious! And lucky they had different kinds, sheep cheese, buffalo and cow. 😳 Today the family tested out these raw cheeses! And we rated them from best to great 🤣 They were all so good! Living with depression for over 8 years, constant anxiety, having brain fog where you can’t focus, fatigue that made you want to sleep in the middle of the day, bloated all the time, inflamed joints, feeling like s#%t everyday!! Mondays have always been hard for me: - The start of a new week - 100 tabs open in my brain of what I need to do but don’t want to do - Feelings of anxiousness and doubts I’m starting to wonder, when did I start waking up this way? What was that light switch moment that caused my brain to think negatively? As I sit here and reflect on this, I realize that I have to turn that switch off. When you hear the negative space fill up in your head, remind yourself of the good. Remind yourself that you can’t live wondering what will happen, but you can live in the now. I was watching this video this morning with my husband, and they were interviewing older people who were reflecting on their lives and giving advice. One man said: “If you live in the past, you're depressed. If you live in the future, you're anxious.
