Creative people often feel a "need" to express themselves because they are literally carrying more data than the average person and need to "offload" it into a structure (like a song or a business model) to make sense of it.
Yesterday i felt the need to write a bitcoin blog article but now it's finished i realize it's fairly worthless to get eyeballs on it. Daniel Vassallo taught me to build credibility first and then share your views, not the other way around because no one is going to listen to you without credibility.
Always takes a bit to adjust your behaviour.
Just bought Daniel Vassallo's Twitter course to gain an audience. Here's what I took away from it:
โ
build credibility: do something interesting and describe what it was like
๐ get notified when big accounts post and reply fast to add value
๐ค your bio should tell me why I should follow you and what you'll post about
๐ give, give, give, don't ask. Giving = value, Asking = anything that benefits you directly
My biggest fear: working on becoming a solopreneur and not succeeding even after 10 years. Sometimes I see terrible comedians on stage and when asked "how long have you been performing" they say "10 years". Imagine honing a craft for 10 years and not becoming skilled at it...
Today I'm finding out there is no way to process payments in fiat without registering at the chamber of commerce in The Netherlands. The net is tightening.
Stripe, Square, Shopify, Lemon Squeezy, Buy me a Coffee all require tax registration.
BTCPay could be an option but it will drastically decrease my chances of getting a sale.
Reading Jordan Peterson's book 12 Rules for Life for the first time and getting some nice insights:
You have to face challenges and go out on adventures so you can build up character. You will not only be interesting to people, but that character is also needed to provide a stable framework that can handle the chaos of life.
Have been consuming Danny Postma's SEO course over the weekend and its great! Really well structured and enlightening. I will start my projects differently from now on.
Just bought Danny Postma's SEO course. Looking forward to share the value.
Offering free plans is for VC-backed startups. Avoid as a solopreneur.
Gpt 5.2 has become my new code buddy. Fast, good and cheap!
Reading The Minimalist Entrepreneur, it talks about setting up a social media account for your business as well as you personally. I think that business account only makes sense when you reach a certain size with it.
Gemini 3.0 critiquing my copy writing skills on this product title:
"Sounds like a file name" ๐คฃ
Rewrite: "The Evolution of Arsenal: A Visual History (1886-2024).

Reading The Minimalist Entrepreneur by Sahil Lavingia I notice he's going against the idea of Jeff Walker and his book "Launch" saying that a big launch is almost always a mistake after building a product.
Sahil also advocates for building an audience while Rob Walling says you shouldnt do this. Perhaps because Sahil is talking about entrepreneurship from a community perspective and Rob from a B2B perspective.
When trying to verify Knots in Sparrow, I get a 'missing verification key' notification
@Luke Dashjr any idea how to fix this?
@Luke Dashjr any idea how to fix this?Talking about politics is like talking about who's getting ordained in the clergy. It is highly irrelevant.
Asking Gemini 3.0 about deflation from first principle thinking will lead it to mention Jeff Booth very fast.
@Jeff Booth did you recently went on a podcast with Nicki Sharma or is it AI? Your eyes look very different from normal.
Perhaps its me, and i've entered an alternative dimension.
Nostr has taught me to think decentralized, so I will apply this by having multiple women in my life.
