Bastiat already explained all of this to us, but here we go again...
Hey @hodlbod , ive been using a nostrcheck relay to host a media server that im hoping to use with friends and family in a flotilla space.. I can successfully upload media to jumble and yakihonne using this media server, but when i try and use it with flotilla.social, it does not work. It was kinda hard to capture the whole error, but here is some of the error im getting using the mobile app (version 1.6.2 on android). image
@utxo the webmaster 🧑‍💻 hey, i am enjoying using this relay . I am not very good with CLI, so I am trying to find where the notes are stored in the sw2 folder on my computer. So far, I can't find it. Where would I find the notes stored on my computer so I can delete or copy them ? Thanks!
The wrist band on my watch broke. Its a nice watch ( for me anyways), and im pretty bummed. I couldnt help thinking about how if @Leathermint had made the band...itd lasted longer than me.
Today is one of those days where I feel like run your own shit or just get a robinhood account. Sovereignty up and to the right or gfy #bitcoin #monero

Hi @npub138s5...x624, I''ve been playing around with trying to use a self-hosted instance of nostrcheck. First off, the onboarding script you have for it is incredible work. I'm not a very technical person and it has worked successfully for me a few times now without issues, from start to finish. I'm trying to use a nostrcheck self-hosted relay that I created as a nip-42 auth'd relay. The goal is basically to use it in flotilla.social, but if that doesn't work to use it as a simple kind 1 relay that can be used with friends and family So far, I haven't been able to figure out how to authorize users (the test users that I have created can't write to or see the relay unless I turn off auth). Curious if that functionality is not finished or perhaps im missing something. No worries if you aren't in a place to reply, but thought I'd check. Again, fantastic one-click deployment of a relay...really cool nice job.
Hmm, so I have my blossom drive for uploading set as my haven relay: https://havenrelay.thatwhichisnotseen.net. But, when I upload an image using multiple clients for testing, the file is succesfully uploaded to my haven (I can see it in the folder), but the client reads: https://thatwhichisnotseen.net/<image string>.jpeg. For some reason, the 'havenrelay.' section of the string is being dropped. Any ideas? 🤔 I can't confirm but I've been running this haven relay for two days now, and this was not happening until this afternoon I believe. #asknostr
If I were to get a VPS and host a nostr relay for friends / family, what RAM / storage do you think is appropriate for say...25-50 people using it (id be happy if i got past that)? I'm thinking I could go with something pretty small, like 1 GB RAM / 40 GBs storage which is pretty cheap but curious if people think that's wrong. Plan is to use and hopefully expose it though nginx (or cloudflare when i give up on that). And either use jumble with them or, if the relay works with flotilla, I might try and use that for on boarding. Curious of others thoughts 🤔 #asknostr
3 big flashes in the sky and distant but loud bangs just now...definitely wasnt lightning. Power is still on though.
