I guess it’s almost time for Daylight Savings 🤷♀️ I’ve been enjoying not thinking about it, living in Arizona :)
#yogastr crew (those in the US) - would you rather the class stay consistent with your time zone (4 pm PT / 7 pm ET)?
Or stick to 4 pm Arizona time (3 pm PT / 6 pm ET)?
I’m leaning towards the first option, but can definitely make either one work. Anyone who has a preference, let me know 🫶
