Spaghetti à la Bolognese 🍝🌱
It’s raw-vegan and turned out really delicious.
The “sauce” is actually the nutrient rich part… made from cauliflower, celery stalk, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, garlic, date, salt, pepper, olive oil, black olives, cappers, nutritional yeast. And some kale sprouts.
Spaghetti is just spiralized cucumbers.
