Insights in the first day of the 30 day challenge:
It is always fascinating. Yesterday, during the kick-off call for the 30-day challenge I’m leading, we discussed the topic of grounding. We talked about how important it is to be grounded so that our system can trust enough to allow change to happen. After all, when we aren't grounded, our system tends to cling to old patterns because that is where it feels safe, even if those habits and patterns aren't necessarily healthy.
Grounding and rooting opens the feeling of true trust. This gives our system security and the assurance that it is safe enough to allow changes to happen at a cellular level, rather than just in our minds or merely on a temporary basis.
And then we are ready to take our masks off and be raw and real to ourselves, looking at where we are at in our life!

I’m going to run a virtual 30-day challenge with a small group of people (in German) who want to make a change in their lives. Whether it’s to find more inner peace or to improve their physical and/or mental health. Everyone sets their own goals. We’ll reflect together, and each day I’ll provide brief insights, exercises, and prompts for reflection. We’ll also meet via video call at least three times to share experiences and learn new things.
