SOUND COFFEE is a mixture of caturra and bourbon varietals grown in the huehuetenango region of guatemala by arcenio villatoro and imported by my friend Candace, who specializes in sourcing excellent coffees from small producers. I roast for sweetness and balance, which yields a cup that (I think) is approachable and comforting, particularly on cold mornings where winter is holding on for dear life.
