Anyone have any issues updating an email address with @strike? No way to update myself, have to contact support within the app. Received a reply today asking for: - Phone number - Previous transaction details - Bank info - Reason why I’m changing email address - New email address These I’m fine with, but they also ask one last item which I’m uncomfortable with: - Photo of myself, holding an ID, and a hand-written note with my request. (Aka the hostage photo) I hesitate to send the photo because of data breaches and leaks (for example Twilio data breach less than a week ago). I would prefer to not have even more of my info out there, especially to just update an email address. I’ve updated email addresses with banks, brokers, and other exchanges in the last week and haven’t had this requirement come up. Anyone else experience this?
