Today , we cooked our next batch of meals for freezing. Later, in this post's comments, I'll write how many servings this came to. 👍 The take-away container in which I put in 3 ladles (including. juice) plus an added ladle of only juice, is for two of us (with a side of basmati rice). 🧡 We use a big, stainless steel pan (around 11 litres in size). Tomorrow we'll make our own hamburgers with grass fed & finished beef mince, a ton of crushed garlic, Bragg's nutritional yeast and eggs. Those will be frozen too. 😄🤗 That'll then be the end of our holiday cooking for the next many weeks of work. Rest of the holiday, till 12 October, will be various house cleaning jobs and pre-Summer gardening. We'll do some nice things for ourselves too, like a meal out, meeting up with a couple friends for coffee or a walk in some nice, local spots. Weather looks good.
