Day 4 of fasting. I intended this aa 4 day fast as I have fast metabolism and lose quite a lot of mass but it feels now that a little extension is in order. Good to listen to the body and flow accordingly

Interesting signal. Am in Spain trying to sell an old gold bar I had left with a friend as don't trust attempting to fly out of the country. Wanted to swap for some coins but looks like I will probably sell for bitcoin which is fine by me. The signal is something else though. I can buy small gold bars here. I cannot find coins.
