and i have myself contacted a cat lady before i knew if the site was fake or not and she has replied but i apologized and said actually i can't have a cat. but we went as far as speak on the phone so that is reassuring in the sense that the site is not completely bullshit - it's just that all the hot young women never read their message or even sign back in after creating a profile unless they have some kind of disqualifying factor like a cat.
honestly it would probably be easier for me to find a tenant just by asking the cashier girls at my local grocery stores if they want to rent a room from me since they all have a crush on me anyway.

if it gets to the point where i have processed the contents of all the boxes and everything is in its place and i still haven't found a tenant it may be time to start directly talking to girls IRL because honestly these sites are disappointing.
